Great backpack, fits ALOT, good quality!, January 16, 2009 By ew777 "ew777" We are campers and bought 2 of these backpacks and are very happy with them. They fit a TON of gear and love the room on the outside to hold things as well. We've used them to go on day hikes only but are in the process of using one as a Grab and Go Emergency Bag. Reading a few books, one I especially reccomend is Preparedness Now by Aton Edwards. PREPAREDNESS NOW!: An Emergency Survival Guide for Civilians and Their Families After reading that book and several others we realized we needed a pretty decent sized pack for the 72 hrs of supplies needed(food pouches, clothing, water, first aid etc)I weigh 125 lbs and find it comfortable to wear. I am MORE than satisfied with my new Stansport pack... I have taken several 100mile + backpacking ventures and there are not enough superlatives for the pack... Being new to the backpacking aspect of hiking it took me a couple of days to figure out all you can do with this pack but I can only say it worked fabulous for me... Sorry it it is no longer available... you missed a great, fabulous buy
